Scotland BIOGRAPHY
Following a successful campaign as an Assistant Coach with the professional men’s side, Darryl moved into a full-time position as one of two head coaches for our new High Performance Programme. He will lead the boys, whilst Donnie MacDonald will lead the girls.
Wood has a strong history in British Basketball, coaching across Scotland and with GB junior national teams. He was previously the Head Coach of the Glasgow Rocks, making it to the BBL Cup Finals in 2019.
Alongside his new academy role, he will continue to assist Gareth Murray on the sidelines with the men’s squad, as they begin the 23/24 season.
