The Women’s British Basketball League have today announced the fixtures for the 2023/24 season.
Emily Clarke, Women’s British Basketball League’s General Manager, said:
“The 2023/24 season is just around the corner and I for one can’t wait for the on-court action to begin.”
“Women’s basketball has grown from strength to strength in recent years, which wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and dedication of the teams across the League who continue to inspire the future generation of Women’s British basketball players.”
“Following a number of exciting signings across the League, the upcoming season promises to be the best yet.”
It is set to be another landmark year for women’s basketball, after the exciting news that the Women’s British Basketball League will make history this season, as for the first time two of its clubs, London Lions and Caledonia Gladiators, will compete at the highest levels of European competition in the EuroLeague and EuroCup respectively.
