Caledonia Gladiators has announced the signing of Daniel Carr, a talented 6’9” Forward with dual American and British nationality, ahead of the 2025/26 season.

From Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Carr arrives in Scotland following a strong collegiate career in the United States. Most recently at Rockhurst University, and previously at Augustana College from 2019 to 2023, Carr built a reputation as a dominant presence on both ends of the floor.

During his collegiate career, Carr averaged 13 points, 10.2 rebounds and 1 assist per game, with standout seasons including 17.7 points per game in 2020-21 and a remarkable 13.4 rebounds per game in 2021-22. The three-time Team MVP surpassed the 1,000-career point milestone, earning three CCIW All-Conference selections during his collegiate career. Carr put the work in on and off the court, also earning CSC Academic All-American.

Known for his size and basketball IQ, Carr brings rebounding strength and scoring versatility that will bolster the Gladiators’ frontcourt. With his professional career getting underway in Scotland, fans can look forward to seeing Daniel Carr make his debut in Gladiators colours this September to kick off the Super League Basketball 2025-26 season.
