Content Creator – Professional men and women (Full-Time)
Are you a creative individual with a passion for sports and media? We are on the hunt for a talented Content Creator to manage our social media platforms (TikTok, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and capture the energy of game days, behind-the-scenes moments, and player profiles. This role offers a unique opportunity to showcase your skills in photography, videography, graphic design, and social media management within a fast-paced sports environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging digital content for all social media platforms.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of team activities and games.
- Edit videos for highlights, player profiles, and promotional content.
- Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns that increase fan engagement.

Club Development Officer – Partnership Club (Full-Time)
The Club Development Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the long-term success of the Caledonia Gladiators, working closely with both the men’s and women’s teams. This position will support all aspects of club operations, governance, player and coach development, and financial management. We are seeking an organized, proactive individual who can help grow and strengthen our club both on and off the court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the governance and strategic planning of the Gladiators Basketball club.
- Drive consistency and high-quality delivery across all club programmes.
- Develop player pathways from youth programmes to high-performance teams.
- Manage the financial structure of the club to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Oversee marketing and communications to strengthen the club’s presence in the community.
This role is ideal for individuals passionate about basketball development and eager to create a positive impact.
