Caledonia Gladjators welcome Leicester Riders this Sunday at 6 PM for a British Basketball League Halloween Spooktacular!
The day has lots of fun activities set out for fans as we celebrate Halloween weekend. On the court, the two sides will put on a show in a matchup that has proved, historically, to be a battle. Last year in the regular season, Caledonia and Leicester went 2-2, with all of the wins going to the hosts. However, both squads have changed massively – as Riders have looked more to rookies, whilst Gladiators went on the search for experience over the summer. However, one thing remains the same as Coach Gareth Murray will take on Rob Paternostro for yet another season. So far this campaign, Paternostro’s side sit in 4th place, going 5-3 so far, whilst Coach Murray’s side are just below in 6th with a 4-2 record having played two less games.
With the game tipping off at 6 PM, our one-of-its-kind FanZone will be open from 4.30 PM. During the pre-game activities, fans will be able to purchase top-tier food and drink as standard, whilst taking part in some Halloween-themed activities.
