In the latest episode of Gladcast, Tony McDaid joined Grant Young to discuss everything fans have to know about himself and his involvement with the club.
The duo spoke about the developments within Caledonia Gladiators, as well as Tony’s personal history within the game, both professionally and on the grassroots side of things, and his previous career path in education.
McDaid officially joined the club a few weeks ago, with news outlets across the country picking up on the story. This saw Gladiators in some of the top online and print publications including The Daily Record and Insider.
European competition was also a key talking point, as Basketball Champions League this week confirmed Caledonia’s place in the qualifying stages of the renowned tournament, with fixtures taking place this September at the new Playsport facility.
