Join our team’s exciting journey into a new chapter as we relocate to our state-of-the-art arena located at Playsport, East Kilbride this summer. We’re currently seeking enthusiastic volunteers to support our media and content production predominantly during game days across BBL and WBBL, as well as other team activities.
Specifically, we’re looking for individuals interested in writing match reports, creating engaging video content for social media, and clipping live game highlights for various platforms. However, we’re happy to hear of any other skills you may have, or areas in which you’d wish to support the club. While previous experience is preferred, it’s not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided.
By joining us at Playsport in East Kilbride, volunteers will enjoy enhanced access to the team and our new facilities. From capturing captivating game day moments to attending practice sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the action. In return for your dedication, you’ll also receive benefits like discounted merchandise and exclusive access to certain areas of the venue and club events.
We aim to expand our pool of volunteers, building on the success of last year’s initiatives. Our team of three game reporters had the opportunity to cover crucial games, including victories over top BBL and WBBL teams, and the historic BBL Trophy Final.
Volunteers remain a crucial part of the running of the club, supporting on and off the court in countless ways.
