Caledonia Gladiators are delighted to announce the signing of American big man Andrew Gordon, who joins the club for the rest of the 2025–26 season. The 6’10” centre brings size, power, and international experience to the Gladiators’ frontcourt as the team looks to strengthen its inside presence for the remainder of the campaign.

Gordon, 28, arrives in Scotland following professional stints across Uruguay, Cyprus, Canada, Bulgaria, and Kosovo, showcasing his adaptability and impact in diverse leagues around the world. Most recently, he featured for Defensor Sporting Club (Uruguay) and Anorthosis (Cyprus) during the 2024–25 season. His earlier career includes time with London Lightning (Canada), Spartak Pleven (Bulgaria), and Trepca (Kosovo), where he established himself as an energetic rim protector and physical interior force.

A native of Clearwater, Florida, Gordon played NCAA Division I basketball at West Virginia University and Louisiana Tech University, following an impressive junior college career at Northwest Florida State College. Known for his defensive instincts, shot-blocking ability, and strong finishing around the basket, Gordon is expected to make an immediate impact in the Gladiators’ system.
