The Caledonia Gladiators suffered a 113 – 75 defeat on the road against the Sheffield Sharks at Canon Medical Arena.
The Sharks made a strong start and quickly established control, taking a 29 – 20 lead after the first quarter. That advantage grew in the second, with Sheffield heading into halftime up 64- 35 after an efficient offensive display.

Despite a reset at the break, the Gladiators were unable to shift the momentum. Sheffield continued to execute on both ends of the floor, extending their lead to 90–54 by the end of the third before closing out the game comfortably in the final period.
Dwaine Jones Jr led the Gladiators with 16 points, supported by Ethan Wright with 14 and Matthew Ragsdale with 12. However, the visitors found it difficult to generate consistent offence, shooting 43% from the field and 23% from three-point range.

Sheffield’s efficiency proved decisive, as they shot 53% from the floor and an impressive 95% from the free throw line, while also capitalising on turnovers and controlling key areas of the game.
