Caledonia Gladiators OSC are once again delighted to support Glasgow’s Spirit of Christmas, who are a registered charity that have been working with over 100 registered charity partners and children’s organisations for the last eight years.
They ensure that gifts pledged through through the campaign are placed directly into the hands of children who have been referred to them as suffering from hardship or living in poverty.
This year, they are looking to provide gifts for over 18,000 underprivileged children living across the city of Glasgow and in the surrounding areas of North and South Lanarkshire, North, East and South Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, East & West Dunbartonshire, Dumbarton District and Argyll & Bute.
Giving is the true spirit of Christmas!
Are you able to donate just one gift? There’s no more heart-warming feeling in the world than lifting others up with a gesture of love and kindness. Your donation this year may be one gift, a selection box, a dolly to love, a car to play with, a teddy, a warm blanket, or hot water bottle to cuddle up with this winter. Otherwise, perhaps a selection of age appropriate gifts and treats placed inside a Christmas Gift Bag made with love for a child of a specific age group.
To donate, you can visit the OSC desk in the main foyer at the Emirates Arena – donations will be welcomed at both the games against Newcastle Eagles (11th December) and Cheshire Phoenix (16th December).
