Job Title: Assistant Head Coach (two positions available)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Head Coach to support the Head Coach in leading our professional men’s and women’s team. The successful candidate will bring a combination of coaching expertise, strong data analysis skills, and the drive to develop elite-level talent within a competitive and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in planning and delivering high-quality team sessions, game strategies, and player development programmes.
- Utilise data analytics and performance analysis tools to inform decision-making, scouting, game preparation, and player feedback.
- Contribute to opponent scouting and game plan development using video and statistical analysis.
- Provide mentorship and support to players, helping them reach their peak potential on and off the court.
- Collaborate with the performance, medical, and operational teams to ensure integrated and holistic player development.
- Support team culture by promoting professionalism, accountability, and a growth mindset.
- Represent the club professionally in the media, at events, and within the wider basketball community as required.
- Assist with administrative and logistical tasks as needed, including practice planning, travel coordination, and player monitoring.
