We are delighted to announce our third signing of the season as 26-year-old guard Katharine Tudor joins!
The 6-foot American joins following a successful stint with Essex Rebels where she finished as one of the league’s highest point scorers with a huge 18 points per game. Contributing not only with points, she also managed an average of 6 assists per game alongside 2 assists and 2 steals. This form propelled her to the 2024 All-Star, Team of the Year and a 2024 Trophy runner-up medal.
Previous to joining the Rebels, ‘Kat’ lined up for Mandurah Magic of the Australian NBL, Montaneras de Morovis from Puerto Rico and again back in Australia with the Cockburn Cougars. ‘Kat’ also had a brief stint in Germany for Goettingen after four years in the NCAA with Oregon State University.
Coach Chantelle Handy said on the signing:
“Kat proved herself to be one of the best shooters in the league during her time at Essex. Her athleticism fits our style of play on both ends of the floor. She’s a player we believe can play at a high intensity, which is what we strive for.”
