Excitement is building as the draw for the 2024-25 EuroCup Women season takes place this Thursday at 10 AM in Munich, Germany.

With a total of 53 teams vying for glory in this prestigious competition that was won by London Lions last season, the draw promises to be a thrilling event that will set the stage for an action-packed season of women’s basketball.
This season, the EuroCup Women will feature 43 teams directly placed in the Regular Season, with the remaining five spots determined through the Qualifiers. The competition, now in its 23rd edition, is renowned for its pan-European format, showcasing the best of women’s basketball across the continent.
The Regular Season will see 48 teams divided into 12 groups of four, with each group featuring only one team per country. The Qualifiers will take place on September 19 and 26 in a home-and-away format, with seeded teams such as Baxi Ferrol (ESP), BDS Dinamo Sassari (ITA), Bodrum Basketbol (TUR), and UFAB 49 (FRA) competing for a spot in the main draw.
Gladiators have been seeded third in the Regular Season draw. This is a direct result of the team reaching the knockout stages of last seasons competition as well as the growing national league ranking based on a 3-year rolling total.
