The Caledonia Gladiators fought hard tonight but ultimately fell to the Manchester Giants 95-94. The Gladiators were led by the dynamic duo of Princeton Onwas and Jeremiah Bailey who combined for 30 points tonight,

The Gladiators started the game on fire, with Onwas and Jeremiah Bailey hitting three-pointers to give their team an early lead. However, the Giants fought back but it was the Gladiators who would take a 7-point lead into halftime.

The second half was a closely contested battle, with both teams trading baskets and the lead. The Gladiators had a chance to take the lead late in the game, with David Sloan finishing a fast-break layup to give his team a 94-89 advantage. However, the Giants responded, with Williams hitting a three to give his team the lead late in the game.

The Gladiators had one final chance to tie the game, but their lay-up attempt was a toss up between a block and a goal tend, with the referees deciding it was a block, and the Giants secured the victory. It was a tough loss for the Gladiators, but they can hold their heads high knowing they gave it their all against a tough Manchester team.

Tonights MVP was Prince Onwas who put up some impressive numbers, particularly in the first quarter.
