Gladiators land multiple monthly award nominations!

Caledonia Gladiators are delighted to be involved with three individual award nominations for the month of December.

Head Coach Gareth Murray see’s himself nominated for Coach of The Month along with Londons Petar Bozic, and Leicesters Rob Paternostro. Gareth led the Gladiators to a 4-3 record in the month including an overtime thriller against the Lions in the Copper Box.

Also on the men’s team, Clifton Moore Jr. Has been taking the spot light recently, putting up big numbers and even bigger highlights, including a poster slam on Manchester Giants 7’1 Centre Legend Robertin. Clifton averaged 12.6 PPG, 2.3 APG and 6.6 RBG throughout December.

Djeneba N’Diaye has been in ferocious scoring form. She boasts 18 PPG, 5.6 APG and 1.6 RBP for Miguel Ortega’s Gladiators. The Gladiators women currently sit third in the Women’s British Basketball League table with a 5-1 record and two games in hand over Sheffield Hatters who sit in front in 2nd.
