Kyle Johnson named in Team of The Week

Caledonia Gladiators very own Kyle Johnson has been named in this weeks Team of The Week!

‘KJ’ had an excellent performance against Surrey Scorchers in the Trophy Group Stage as we secured 2nd place and punched our ticket to Birmingham after starting the campaign with two losses.

Kyle Johnson made the most of his minutes in the game scoring 19 points in addition to five rebounds and two steals in just 23 minutes. The game finished 99-74 with Caledonia needing to win by 13-points to earn a favourable head-to-head against the other teams in the group.

Kyle Jimenez also featured in this weeks plays of the week with an excellent scooped behind the back pass to save the ball going out of play. The ball found Kyle Johnson who then alley-ooped the ball to Clifton Moore Jr to finish with a two hand dunk.
