Laken James Joins Gladcast for Insightful Chat on Scottish Return!

Fan-favourite American guard, Laken James, is set to return to Scotland for the first time since her time at Caledonia Pride, following time spent in Germany. To discuss her return, she joined the Gladcast Podcast with Grant Young as the latest new signing to speak to the club.

The two discussed James’ journey into basketball, her professional career so far, and how she spent her Summer in preparation for a debut season with the Gladiators, competing in the Women’s British Basketball League and EuroCup Women.

In her last Scottish tenure, the Wisconsin native averaged an impressive 18.7 PPG, 7.3 RPG and 3.5 APG, receiving a mention in the league’s best team for the 20/21 season.
