BBL Head Coach Gareth Murray, and club captain Jonny Bunyan joined the Gladcast to reminisce their earlier careers, with the duo and Grant Young choosing their dream all-star five from the history of the franchise.
The three all chose a dream five each, with plenty of throwback names being chucked into the mix, many of which who haven’t played in the BBL for over ten years.
Both Gareth and Jonny have spent over a decade at the club, becoming staple pieces of the franchise in their own rights, with Murray now moving on from his successful on-court career to an equally successful one as a coach. A couple of weeks ago, the team made history by making a BBL Trophy Final for the first time in nine years – with the chance of winning the club’s first title for 20 years.
