Originally from Augusta, Georgia, Keeling is no stranger to Scottish basketball. Back in December 2020, he made his professional debut with Glasgow Rocks, producing a team-high 26 points in his very first game – arriving straight off a 10-day quarantine period and meeting his new teammates on game day. His college career at Charleston Southern and North Carolina saw him finish with 1,878 points and 692 rebounds, earning Big South honours along the way, and it was that scoring ability that made an instant impression during his time with the Rocks.

Since then, Keeling has built an extensive European career across Georgia, Denmark, North Macedonia, Sweden, and Bulgaria, most recently with Helsinki Seagulls in Finland’s top division. Now he returns to British basketball, bringing a wealth of professional experience and sensational scoring ability to the Gladiators squad.

Having previously played alongside Head Coach Jonny Bunyan during his stint at Glasgow Rocks, Christian is excited to be back on the floor, reunited with familiar faces, and focused on winning games.
